For assistance with a purchase, contact support@offlinepdftools.com and include the email address used during checkout and the relevant order information. Do not send complete card details or sensitive PDF documents.

Monthly credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Refund requests are reviewed based on credit or paid-feature usage, timing, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Annual credit bundles are one-time purchases and do not renew. All 12 credit allocations are granted upfront. Refund requests are reviewed based on credit or paid-feature usage, timing, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem. Credits and paid access associated with a refunded, reversed, or disputed transaction may be removed.
