Refund Policy

For assistance with a purchase, contact support@offlinepdftools.com and include the email address used during checkout and the relevant order information. Do not send complete card details or sensitive PDF documents.

Refund requests for unused credit packs may be considered when submitted promptly after purchase. Credit packs that have been substantially or fully used are generally not refundable except where required by law.

Customers may cancel future renewal at any time through the account billing page or Creem Customer Portal. Cancellation prevents the next annual charge. Requests concerning the current annual charge are reviewed based on usage, timing, applicable law, and the circumstances of the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Creem. Credits and paid access associated with a refunded, reversed, or disputed transaction may be removed.
